Our lives are filled with many activities on a daily basis. And more often than not, we do what we do because it has to be done. From commuting to work or carrying on with home chores or scheduling appointments, it really is all the ordinary events that makes life extraordinary.
Think about some ordinary events in your life. Perhaps cooking a family meal or caring for your home's landscaping. After your efforts is there anything better than hearing, "Wow! That was delicious. Can I have some more?" Or, "Your lawn looks fantastic. The best on the street". A pat on the back, a thank you, some nice words. This is part of the payoff for a job well done and helps make all our exhaustive efforts worthwhile.
